On-line training program for any distance triathlon. Plan are structured with build and recovery weeks ending with a taper.

Beginners will learn a general approach to oil painting and intermediate level students will refine technique. Students need to bring own supplies. NO CLASS 1/21 & 1/18

Guaranteed departure!  Exact departure and return times will be available two weeks prior to departure date.  One of our all-time most popular tours is offered at what is normally a delightful time of the year in this region.  Embark on a relaxing three-day getaway to explore California's Central Coast, while enjoying a stay at a quaint inn on the beach along Cambria's Moonstone Beach.  We'll travel by train, explore the backroads and keep a relaxed pace as we explore the region and get a first-hand look at what makes the California coast so special.  Trip features Coast Starlight train, Cambria, Moonstone Beach stay, and Hearst Castle.  Tour includes two nights hotel accmodations (one hotel), three meals, comprehensive sightseeing and the services of a professional tour director, admissions per itinerary, transportation (deluxe motorcoach), and gratuities.  For a detailed itnerary, please contact tripsandtours@lahabraca.gov or call (562) 905-9708.  A $100 deposit is due at the time of registration.  Travel protection/cancellation plan insurance can be added for an additional $28 pp. dbl.

This will be the 1st Annual Fiesta Days 5K Run/Walk that accompanies the 41st Annual Yorba Linda Fiesta Days Parade & Festival. Pre-registered runners receive a limited edition t-shirt and 1 ticket to the pancake breakfast at the end of the race.
