Understanding the overall birth process helps you handle your labor with more control and less fear. Prepare for the birth of your child by learning breathing, relaxation techniques, and labor coaching skills. Class will include the basics of the birth process, methods of pain relief, hospital procedures, labor support and much more. Instructor Heather Moll has attended over 900 births and taught over 9,000 people since 1973. Her labor coaching concepts are derived from over 15,000 hours of direct experience in birth coaching.
