Additional Notes

This class focuses on the basics of cheerleading. We introduce knowledge of arms angles, posture, jumps, leaps, and the fundamentals of turns. We also go over basic use of cheer chants as well as beginning stages of tumbling. Cheer choreography is also learned to prepare students for the world of cheerleading. No stunting is involved.
