WELCOME
Join us for the Bumble Bee Foods 5K Run presented by the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl. The 5K will be held at the Port of San Diego Big Bay Balloon Parade. The Bumble Bee Foods 5K kicks off the nationally televised parade at (approx) 9:45 a.m. as the day long festivities begin for the 2012 Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl.

If you register by December 13th and live in the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA area, your race number will be mailed directly to you. Please provide the mailing address on your registration form.
Course
Race begins on Harbor Drive at Ash St. and heads south on Harbor Drive to 8th St. Turns right on 8th St., behind the San Diego Convention Center. Continues north along the marina walkway making a loop through Embarcadero Park N., finishing on the walkway just past G St. in time to catch the first band and balloons as they parade by. NOTE: Course Subject to Change without notice

Fun at the Finish
Fun at The Finish! Party after the Race! Join us for the post-race party by the sea near Tuna Harbor Park. There will be music and extra munchies including muffins, bagels, juice, fresh fruit and much more. You can also watch the remainder of the parade that features colorful floats, bands and huge inflatable characters.
Parking
Park in one of many metered or pay parking lots in the downtown area. You can also take the trolley to this great event! The best parking lot is at the corner of Pacific Highway & Broadway. Be sure to get there early to make the 9:45 a.m. Bumble Bee Foods 5K start.
