Kids and their families have the chance to
visit candy stations throughout the Zoo for
a fun-filled time of trick-or-treating! Homo
sapiens are not the only ones who deserve
treats – come watch Zoo animals
enthusiastically enjoy their special pumpkin
treats during the “Pumpkin Stomp and Chomp.”
Venture into the Haunted Nature Trail
located inside the Children’s Zoo where you
can get up close and personal with a number
of animals such as snakes and owls. Boo at
the Zoo also features live entertainment,
prizes, crafts and more. The Zoo requests
that trick-or-treaters not wear rubber masks
as they may frighten the animals. Event will
be held rain or shine and there is no
registration required.

at the L.A. Zoo, where you’ll find fun
festivities—pumpkin patches, jack-o-lantern
carving, photo opportunities, eerie crafts—
throughout the Zoo. Freaky Fun House

Ride the spooky boo train, then be part of

how the animals at the Oakland Zoo celebrate

This year's theme is Wild Wild West! Have a
spooktacularly good time as the Zoo
transforms for three nights of safe,
traffic-free trick-or-treating during this
merry-not-too-scary event. Features monster-ous
thrills and chills including a Trick & Treat
Trail, Boo-Choo-Choo train rides, Creepy
Crawly encounters, Spooky Storytelling,
Goblin Games, nightly Costume Parades,
Ghoulish Goodies and much more.
Cost: $11/adults, $9/children 2-12. SB Zoo
Members get $1 off. Boo-Choo-Choo priced
separately: $3/adults, $2.50/children 2-12.
This event is for children 2-12 (accompanied
by an adult).

front gate.
For the safety of visitors, no adult guests
(12+) will be permitted into the Zoo with
masks or painted faces.
Early Closing: the Zoo will close at 3:30
p.m. on all three days of Boo at the Zoo.
General admission ticket sales will end at
2:30 p.m., and Zoo Member admission ends at
3:00 p.m.
