Ballet technique is the foundation for all other dance forms and excellent preparation for sports, conditioning and other physical activities. Classical ballet also provides a basic understanding of musicality and coordination used in almost every other form of dance. It is a dance form characterized by grace and precision of movement and by elaborate formal gestures, steps, and poses, positions of the feet and body. French ballet terms are taught and used in class sessions, making the terminology more fluid for the dancer to remember and use. Ballet technique is the foundation for all other dance forms and excellent preparation for sports, conditioning and other physical activities. Classical Ballet is offered in a progressive program, This class is broken down into levels for the dancer?s comprehension and includes; Kinder Ballet, Beginning, Levels 1,2,3 4, Intermediate & Advanced.
