Additional Notes

Self-defense techniques in striking, kicking, throwing, reverse-holds and ground combat and grappling will be taught. Balance, coordination, stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise is practiced in each session. Focus on kindness, honesty, respect, discipline and patience will be developed in each participant.
