COSTA MESA - Crush Photo Studios Grand Opening. The
public is invited to join in the celebration for
the opening of Crush Photo Studios, in Costa
Mesa, CA. Owner/Operator Nancy Villere and her
team will be welcoming guests to a night of
music, art, fashion and fun! Indulge with
scrumptious catering provided by Stadium Brewing
Company (Aliso Viejo). Bring in any canned good
items to help support Second Harvest Food Bank
and you are automatically entered in several
raffles throughout the night! Giveaways include
gift cards and items from local shops such as
Lucky Owl, Regular, Condom Revolution, as well
as a three-hour recording session at Bomb
Shelter Rehearsal & Recording Studios. Get to

Charles Schulz Musuem The Facts Behind the
Funnies: Schulz's Passion for Precision. As a
cartoonist read by millions of fans, Charles
Schulz felt an obligation to get his facts
straight about the subjects he tackled in
Peanuts. This exhibition reveals Schulz's
dedication to detail in order to ensure that
sports plays and positions (from ice skating to
surfing), medical conditions, musical notes, and
even Woodstock’s shorthand were accurately
depicted. Runs through Jan. 1, 2010. Time: 11
