MAMMOTH LAKES -
International Ski History Congress. The 2009 International
Ski History Congress (SH Congress) is a five-day academically
sound, three-dimensional ski event that includes a meeting of
ski museums, presentations by international keynote speakers and
ski historians in academic sessions. The 2009 Skiing Heritage
Week of the International Skiing History Association (ISHA) is
also being held in conjunction with the SH Congress. Location:

NEWPORT BEACH - Whale
Watching -
Newport Landing Whale Watching. Time: 10 a.m., 1 p.m. This
is a 2.5 hour cruise to whale watch off the Southern California

classical music, '60s R&B, and even Mississippi Delta blues.
