Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It was founded by Miami-based dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez. Zumba combines Latin style, belly dance, hip hop and afro-cuban rhythms. The music with cardiovascular exercise creates an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Taking Zumba is like a dance party because you forget you are working out. Zumba maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Lose up to 500 calories per hour. It mixes body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow, exciting and fun dance steps!
