Event Overview

The Love Run 5K/10K is a USATF certified "out and back" flat and fast scenic course around Westlake Lake. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in all age groups for both the 5K and 10K. Participation medals in the one mile fun run are given to children 11 and under. Senior Concerns holds the annual Love Run to raise funds for the Meals on Wheels program.

ROAD RUNNER SPORTS, 1714 Newbury Rd., Newbury Park Friday, 6/1 12:00-7:00 PM & Saturday, 6/2 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Walk-up registration available. Road Runner Sports in-store 10% Discount given to all race registrants 6/1 & 6/2 Pickup Days & Race Day. RACE DAY PICKUP begins at 6:30 a.m.

Directions and Parking

To the Event & Event Parking take the 101 freeway and Exit Westlake Blvd.; Turn South onto Westlake Blvd; Turn Left at the first light over the freeway into the Hyatt property. Take the access road parallell to the freeway to Event Parking. Plenty of parking and restroom facilities.

There are no refunds for this event.

Same Day Registration

Registration on race day will be offered at $40 beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Additional Notes

The 5K/10K races are USATF certified chip-timed events. Medals to top three three finshers in each age group & all children under 11 years old participating in the 1-mile Fun Run. T-shirts for the first 1500 entrants. Exciting, family friendly post-race expo, and refreshments to finishers. Bib numbers are non-transferable. Registration fees are non-refundable and are tax deductible.
