Beachcalifornia.com was
launched in 1996 as a photographic travel journal for
California beach destinations. Hundreds of
comments, questions and suggestions began
pouring in, helping shape the growth of this
popular online publication. Web surfers told us
they loved to see pictures of California
beaches, cities, towns and attractions, but
would also like to read more about each
destination. We began researching and writing
stories about hundreds of California locations,
providing facts, historical background
information and lists of events and things to do
in the geographic regions. The site started with
only 25 destinations and has grown to over 1000
today. Special sections have been added to
include dining, tours, museums, architecture,
art, lighthouses, aerial photos, videos, slide
shows, special events listings, holiday events
photo pages and much, much more! Added to our
cache of assets is the name, Californiabeaches.com. You can type in that
easy-to-remember url and arrive at the same place on the net.
BeachCalifornia is just one
more great source to help you visualize what there is to see and
do in many regions of California...and especially the beaches.
Hundreds of news stories and
photos have been published in traditional print media as a
result of news editors seeing this web site. We sell stories and
photographs to print publications for editorial use and scenic
photos for advertising brochures and products.
