California Cities & Beaches
Beach California Alphabetical List
helps you visit spectacular
destinations, stay at luxury or
affordable accommodations and plan a
trip that you won't forget.
California is one of the top
destinations for travel and with
good reason. Features included
pertain to wineries, light houses,
shopping, dining, sports and
more. We've included great trip
ideas and Weekend Getaways plus
pictures we've taken of hotel rooms
in a special section with reviews.
California is situated on the West
Coast of the United States between
Mexico (south) and Oregon (north).
It's western border fronts the
Pacific Ocean and its eastern border
touches states Nevada, and Arizona.
Attributes of this most populated
state in US include the lowest and
highest natural landforms in the US,
the hottest place in the US, the
tallest, oldest trees in the world,
and many interesting artifacts left
from millions of years of global
change. Southern California offers
the warmest year-round climate in
cities such as San Diego and Los
Angeles. The further north you
travel along the coast, the cooler
the climate. California is served by
major airports in Los Angeles, San
Jose and San Francisco and also
Burbank, Long Beach, Oakland,
Ontario, Orange County, San Diego
and Sacramento. |

California Cities and
Beaches -
Beach California Alphabetical List
From A to Z, the California beaches and beach cities are sometimes
hard to find if you don't know where to search. This beaches and
cities alphabetical list of California offers nearly 1,000 places to
see ranging from state beaches to local coves, metropolitan cities
to small communities. California is comprised of a variety of
climates and microclimates in deserts, deltas, mountains and coastal
regions, to name a few. Californians like to joke that they can ski
in the mountains, roast in the desert and sunbathe at the cool,
sandy beach within a single day's play. These are some reasons
BeachCalifornia tackles California's diverse regions through
editorial coverage and photos. Below you can scan the alpha list for
hand reference, or when you know the county your destination is in,
you can go to
California Beaches list by region to find
the cities that surround your favorite place. On that list
you'll see gray hyper-links signifying land vacations and blue links for ocean and
water regions.
