Holiday Inn Express is a lovely, 3 diamond property in the popular beach city of Carpinteria..  Located north of Los Angeles, not far from Santa Barbara, Carpinteria was chosen by Dr. Beach as one of the best beaches for its water quality and scenic beauty.  There's a cute downtown that runs a few blocks long.
