Wine Bar & Tasting Room in Old Sacramento hosts a California Christmas Party that's sunny & bright. Featuring all things California, if you've never seen this wine tasting bar that sells wonderful California gifts and souvenirs, the holiday event is your perfect opportunity to become acquainted with the Golden State's fabulous products.

California wines, California foods, California décor and even a California Santa will greet guests to Sacramento's only underground wine bar. At the 2007 event (it's annual, so contact the business for updates) held at Discover California! Wine Bar & Tasting Room, a bikini-clad hostess will greet guests and provide sunny beach-themed gifts such as: beach balls, sunglasses and sun visors. Each guest will also receive a Discover California! logo wine glass and be eligible for hourly drawings for prizes, including Discover California’s signature California Christmas gift basket, featuring Earthquake Zinfandel, Ghirardelli chocolates, Blue Diamond almonds, Gilroy Garlic seasoning, Bear Flag coffee and a California State bird ornament. A special California Christmas tree decorated with hundreds of California postcards will serve as the perfect backdrop for photos with Santa.

Discover California! Wine Bar & Tasting Room carries one of the largest selections of award-winning wines in the state. The 2,000 sq. ft. subterranean wine bar features 100 different California wines and 27 varietals from the vineyards of Napa and Sonoma to the quaint wineries in the foothills of the Sierras.
