Bubblefest at Discovery Science
Center examines the workings of
bubbles. Bubble surround us in our daily lives and are actually
quite interesting and fun to study. Once you see the shapes, the
way they form and even watch Mr. Bubble, himself, and Fan Yang's
Mega Bubble Show, you'll be glad your made the date to see this
hands-on place that teaches kids and adults all about how things
work in the world around us.
The
Bubblefest is an annual event that runs each spring.
Guinness
Book World Record Holder and Bubble Scientist, Fan Yang honors the show with
his amazing feats. This 15-time record holder has been featured around
the globe in live and recorded television shows. "Mega Bubble Show" premiers
in its only West Coast venue at the Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana.
Performing four bubble shows daily at BubbleFest with bubble carousel,
bubbles within bubbles, smoking bubbles, spinning bubbles, bouncing bubbles
and bubbles in all shapes and sizes, bubble show tickets are an additional
charge. New York and Las Vegas are several cities that feature Yang and his
bubble artistry. David Letterman, the Oprah Winfrey Show and TV shows have featured
Yang as a guest.
Discovery Science Center is a gem in
the heart of California's ninth largest city, Santa Ana. The perfect spot
designed for kids, this hands-on museum features science Wow exhibits,
learning experiences and many events throughout the year. Special themed
exhibits rotate to keep the museum interesting and fresh for tourists and
locals alike.
