Francisco Ghost Hunt walking tour visits some of

Founder’s Day Festival and Parade. The City of Westminster is
hosting the Founder's Day Festival and Parade on three days from
October 24th to 26th in the Westminster Civic Center. The event
will feature a large carnival, a food court, exciting
entertainment and the revival of the Founder's Day Parade. The
parade will be held on Saturday, October 25th and begins at 9:30
