DEL MAR - Harvest Festival. 36th annual event features over 24,000 one-of-a-kind arts and crafts, gourmet foods with free samples and musical entertainment. Artist quality glass art, jewelry, ceramics and gifts sold at this holiday event. WESTMINSTER - Founder’s Day Festival and Parade. The City of Westminster is hosting the Founder's Day Festival and Parade on three days from October 24th to 26th in the Westminster Civic Center. The event will feature a large carnival, a food court, exciting entertainment and the revival of the Founder's Day Parade.
