COSTA MESA - Orange County Fair Say Cheese. LAGUNA BEACH - Art-A-Fair festival. 42nd annual art event located in a beautiful garden setting with 125 artists, plus live entertainment, fine food, demonstrations and workshops. MENDOCINO - 2008 Mendocino Music Festival. Celebrating its 22nd year, the Festival includes the Festival Orchestra, Chorus, and Chamber Players, plus featured performers Jesse Winchester, Stephen Prutsman, the Hot Club of San Francisco, Degenerate Music, Marriage of Figaro, Quintango, Los Pinguos, and Julian Waterfall Pollack & Friends. SANTA BARBARA - French Festival Bastille Day Celebration.  21st Annual French Festival held on Bastille Day Weekend, July 12 & 13, in Santa Barbara's Oak Park is where America celebrates France... and what's best is that it is free!
