Palm Springs Restaurant Week. The inaugural Palm Springs
Restaurant Week spotlights the desert oasis as a premier
culinary destination. Organized by Palm Springs Restaurant
Association, the six-day event provides local foodies and
visitors alike the opportunity to savor extraordinary
three-course, prix fixe menus from more than 40 participating
restaurants for $26 to $36 per person depending on the
restaurant (beverage, tax and gratuity not included). List of
