ISLETON - Crawdad
Festival - Thousands of people flock to this sleepy Delta town
to sample Cajun delicacies, participate in crawdad-eating
contests, kick up their heels to the sounds of more than a dozen
Cajun/Creole and Zydeco bands, and peruse the arts and crafts
booths. 24,000 pounds of crawdads will be served. Location: Main

Dorado County Fair “Paws in Placerville ”. It’s date night at
the El Dorado County Fair with pig races, a free Pablo Cruise
concert Saturday, Destruction Derby, Fast Fridays motorcycle
racing, carnival rides, a rodeo, animal races, cooking
demonstrations, home and garden displays, tons of great
