Safari
West features a wildlife preserve set
amongst the hills near California Sonoma /
Napa County wine country. Located in Santa
Rosa, home to the Charles Schulz Museum and
Luther Burbank Rose Gardens, this amazing
preserve features several types of
experiences. You can ride a tram through the
preserve to see the animals on a larger
vehicle or take a personalized Jeep safari
ride with a small group that enters into the
actual gated areas where the animals live
and graze. On this tour you will not be
allowed to get out of the vehicle or pick up
anything that may fall out Jeep. If you
don't mind a few little critters, you can
rent an African style tent with running
water, a shower and flush toilet plus space
heater and spend a wild night listening to
the nocturnal animals calling in the dark
