California New Attractions and Beach Events

How long has it been since you've ventured out for some fun? You may do so any day of the year in California. Beach events are especially exciting and filled with color, but we do not discriminate by ruling out any location in the search for California's new attractions and events. Some unique activities and things to do have been around for a very long time. We're just a wee bit slow in finding out about them, but thanks to a loyal audience of PR people sending us press releases on a daily basis, the new crop of attractions, events and happenings will certainly tempt you to get off the computer to go have some fun. IF you don't like fun, don't live in California...and don't think of even visiting. It's just too much pressure trying to do it all--and some have worn themselves out trying. Just pick & choose, take it slow, and get to know the cultures, the festivals and fun. Since events tend to repeat annually, there's a pretty good chance it will be back even larger, stronger and better than before. If you're event driven, then get driving to these events. These events are taken from the California Events Calendar as highlight events with photos. When the event expires for this season, we try to remember to place it into the California Annual Events Calendar.  That way you can see about the event and make an attempt to attend next year.

The year barely began when all these events began flooding in. Shown above are cultural Asian festivals, Mexican festival, food and wine festivals, ecology and green fairs, jesters, dancers, jokers, live bands, golf and paintball, of course. It's just another year in California filled with beach events, street parties, kid-friendly activities and celebration of California's diverse landscapes, cultures, ethnic groups and the desire for all to have fun. Some events are free, but most with alcohol and sports charge a fee for participation.
