February Fairs and Festivals include Asian celebrations. The big date is is Indio where it is the time to crack out the dates and make a date shake at the favorite food festival of the month, the Date Festival.  Chinese New Year traditions and celebrations, cultural heritage events and things to do with your sweetheart on the Valentine's Day celebration are perfect ways to celebrate spring.
