AVP Crocs Tour Huntington Beach Open Tour Date

AVP Crocs Tour Huntington Beach Open announced its tour dates and times. The public is invited to attend this exciting beach event. Here’s the schedule:

Huntington, legendary for world-class beach volleyball, will host defending gold medalists – and winner of the first two men’s events this season – Phil Dalhausser and Todd Rogers. Women’s frontrunners and Beijing Olympians Nicole Branagh and Elaine Youngs will also hit the sand, competing against Jen Kessy and April Ross to take the throne as the top women’s team in the absence of Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh.

There’s also three-time Olympian and beach volleyball legend Holly McPeak and Beijing Olympians Jake Gibb and Sean Rosenthal, among many other up-and-coming teams all looking to test their mettle on the sands of Huntington . Location: 285 Pacific Coast Highway Huntington Beach , CA 92648. avp.com.

Men’s and Women’s Qualifier (Gates open at 7 a.m.)

Men’s and Women’s Main Draw (Gates open at 8 a.m.)
9 am.-6:30 p.m. (approx.)

Saturday, May 23:
Men’s and Women’s Main Draw (Gates open at 9:30 a.m.)
10:30 am.-5:30 p.m. (approx.)

Sunday, May 24, 2009
Men’s and Women’s Main Draw (Gates open at 8:30 a.m.)
9:30 am.-5 p.m. (approx.)
Women’s final: 2 p.m.
Men’s final: 3:30 p.m.
