Friday
Come at 1PM to the Grand Opening of Bud Llamas and Jerry Mulford’s17th Street Surf Shop at 414 17th Street in Downtown Huntington Beach.
In Seal Beach at 4:00PM at Eisenhower Park next to The Seal Beach Pier, they’ll be the Second Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Carolers Singing. Come for some fun. This event is being sponsored from The Seal Beach Chamber Of Commerce. Questions: (562) 799-0179.
Come to Redondo Beach to see Seaside Ice in King Harbor at 4:30PM To watch Santa Claus skating on the ice. Learn more about Seaside Ice, Click on this

Saturday:
Chat with PT Townend at HSS At 300 Pacific Coast Highway near Main Street At Java Pointe In Downtown Huntington Beach. The surfing legend will be available from morning to afternoon.
Music Festival at Meadowlark Plaza From 10:00AM To 7:00PM.
Location: 5519 Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach, near Bolsa Chica.
In the Ralph’s Shopping Center.
Free for the whole family.
Come see more than 100 Performers including an Ecletic Compilation of Professional Bands such as: Rock, Americana, Roots and Neil Diamond Tribute Band as well as Professional Sound and Stage. There’s also going to be Demonstrations of Martial Arts, Acrobatics, Cheerleaders and Jazz Ensembles. Farmers Insurance is providing Free Child Safety Kits. Please bring your chairs.

Well known Local Artist Bill Anderson and Author Craig MacDonald are going to be signing copies of their New Book Gold Rush Glimpses 3 while they’ll be free refreshments at Anderson Art Gallery - 16812 PCH in Sunset Beach next to Captain Jack’s Restaurant from 1PM to 3PM. Tuesday:
At Surf City Nights from 5PM to 9PM in Downtown Huntington Beach on Main Street at the Information Booth which is near the fountain in the 200 section across from No Ka Oi, You can purchase your $10 tickets for The Taste Of Main Street Chowders, Soup and Desserts Event which is being held on Sunday December 6th, 2009 from 1PM to 4PM On Main Street. The proceeds from this go to The CSP Huntington Beach Youth Shelter. Questions: Call Elsa at: (714) 842-6600.
Thursday:
At 10:30AM they’ll be a Ribbon Cutting Event of the newly built Business’s on the Huntington Beach Pier starting with The Surf City Store to The Kite Connection, to Let’s Go Fishing to the Huntington Beach Marketing and Visitors Bureau Kiosk. You’re all invited to this ceremony.

Greg Furlong, Award Winning News Cameraman for KOCE, along with Ely Santos of the Surf City Store have teamed up to create a Centennial commercial promoting the awareness of the 100th Anniversary of Huntington Beach and the Centennial product line. It’s a fun commercial with a lot of locals included and points out which stores are selling Centennial Mementos. Check it out you may see someone you know.
