Saturday:

Old Fashioned Picnic In The Park
If you enjoy munching on hot dogs, brauts, chicken fajitas, root beer floats and ice cream….. And you are ready to compete in a three-legged race, pie eating contest and egg toss….

Then you will have your chance at the last official Centennial event this Saturday.

The Old Fashioned Picnic in the Park will be held Saturday, November 7th from 10 am to 4 pm at Lake Park (at 12th Street and Main )

This event is being put on by the City’s Community Based Organizations including Kiwanis, Rotary, Soroptimists and Lions.

It is FREE family fun and a great way to end a fabulous year of celebrating the City’s Centennial. You will even have a chance to have your photo taken as an old fashioned swimming beauty or Pier fisherman. Centennial merchandise will also be available for sale plus free rub-on tattoos!

Bring the whole family – even dogs are allowed on leash – and have some fun!
