Surfing Santa is Coming to Capitola Main Beach Nov. 28

Posted by: Beach Reporter In: beaches| events

Surf’s Up, they say, in Capitola by the Sea. The surfing capital of fun invites girls and boys of all ages to watch Surfing Santa surf into shore from the Pacific onto Main Beach at Noon. This annual event is one of the most popular holiday traditions in Santa Cruz County, and well worth the visit for a weekend stay. Capitolasoquelchamber.com provides the details you need.

If you can’t make it to this northern beach,  see Surfing Santa arrive in Seaport Village San Diego at 1 p.m.  How does Santa Claus get between the two beaches so fast? He flies his surfboard, splashes down in the water and voila.

We just finished Halloween, for gosh sakes! And now it is time to take the kids to see Santa. I better pack up the pumpkin decorations, get through Thanksgiving, and get busy putting up the holiday lights and buying a tree. Where did the time go?
