Balboa Island Skullduggery in the Halloween Haunt

Posted by: Beach Reporter In: beaches| california| events

As Halloween (California’s second favorite holiday, and some say its top event) approaches, skeletons, skulls and B-rated horror genre continue to be the main draws. On Newport Beach’s friendly Balboa Island, locals take their bones and recycle them year after year, applying new themes to ‘dem same old bones.  One version served up is a couple who apparently ate too much junk food and turned into mere skeletons.  Happy Haunting!  See the photo
