Paso Robles Wine Country Celebrates Music, Food and Wine!
Paso Robles, Calif.–A beautiful city set amongst the oak-studded hills of the Central California coast is nothing if it’s not about wine. Wineries abound, and wine events are one of the most entertaining ways to get to know the region. Combine them with a weekend getaway to visit the Paso Robles wine trail and you’ll discover that the weather and location are ideal for producing some of the finest wines in the world. There are many award-winners, and these two events offer but a sampling of options that will introduce you to some local favorites.
September 27, 2009 - 4:00 PM “Opera in the Vineyard Presented by Pacific Repertory Opera”. An end-of-summer favorite, this concert features the music of opera, operetta and musical theater, and showcases the talents of this season’s mainstage performers. Enjoy a fabulous wine pairing during the event and you can order a boxed dinner a head of time. Table seating $45 (table of 8 for $300), concert seating $35. November 7, 2009 - 6:30 - 10:00 PM “A Tuscan Trio”. Get ready to travel to Italy as Vina Robles, Eberle and Robert Hall wineries host a “Tuscan Trio” progressive dinner from 6:30 - 10:00 PM. Pack your bags for an exciting night of travel and enjoy a wonderful Italian feast to celebrate the end of harvest. The festivities begin at 6:30 PM with appetizers at Eberle, followed by dinner at Vina Robles. The evening concludes with dessert and dancing at Robert Hall. Tickets are $75 per person.
