California beach temperatures and water temperatures this week offer a glimpse into your Independence Day celebration.

Thanks to a letter from U.S. Department of Interior National Park Service’s Jon Jarvis, the Pacific regional director, Arnold Schwarzenegger was put on alert that if he plans to close the California beaches and state parks, he may sacrifice funding, and takeover by the national agency.
