The video of Seal Beaches beaches in Orange
County shows this scenic sand city, a family-oriented California beach
destination ideal for children, youth and adults to enjoy swimming,
sunbathing and body boards.
Seal Beach, Calif.―What are
you doing this summer? Is a beach in your plans for the upcoming
vacation? What are doing all year long? If you can't make it to Orange
County California between June and September, why not visit any time at
all?
Seal Beach is Orange County's
northernmost beach. Bordering Los Angeles County and Long Beach to the
north, and Surfside, Seal Beach and Huntington Beach to the south, this
sandy paradise was awarded the best beach to build sandcastles by one of
the top sand sculptors in the U.S. While the annual sand castle
contest was disbanded several years ago due to the incredible volunteer
effort required to put such an event together, sand pleasures are not
gone, nor are they forgotten.
Sunbathing on the soft sand is
just the beginning of good times for visitors to a beach that overlooks
a spectacular wooden pier, and enjoys views of the domed port in Long
Beach to the north. A toddlers playground next to the beach parking lot
offers a protected environment for tiny tots to swing, slide, jump and
play in the enclosure overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
In the video above you'll people
skim boarding on waves, lifeguards keeping watch over the activities,
and many people watching or sunbathing.
