Shore beaches, Long Beach, California extends just over 3 miles or close to
5 km. It is the the top spot to get exercise in Long Beach's downtown
region, shown in video.
Californians have great public beaches
stretching a good portion of the California coast. In Los Angeles the beach
paths for exercise offer a great opportunity for tourists and local
residents to bicycle, jog and even stair climb.. In Long Beach several
miles of paths are utilized morning to night in the residential area of high
rise townhomes and apartments along Ocean Ave. Within view of Belmont Shore
is one of the favorite spots to put on some skates, get on a bike or put on
your running shoes and jog.
Winning awards for their fantastic
parks and recreation, the beaches could well be included in that
distinction, as they are as popular as the parks nearby. Bluff Top Park that
overlooks the Pacific Ocean on a hill above this jog path is one such spot
that people like to go for R&R. This shoreline bike path that extends
just over 3 miles or 6 for a round trip, is well-maintained, though you
sometimes need to watch for sand that makes it slippery and can cause a
tumble.
The path is a 17-foot-wide beach trail
composed of concrete, which begins on the east end at Alamitos Ave., and on
the west end at 54th Place , There are several lanes for bicycles and one
for joggers, walkers, skaters, etc. Alfredos on the Beach rents
