Anderson's rotating exhibits have include a variety of themes, but one
of the most popular surrounds America's beloved baseball. Shown above is
baseball great Reggie Jackson. The first player in major league history
to amass 100 or more home runs for three different clubs--the A's,
Yankees, and Angels, earned the nickname "Mr. October" for his World
Series heroics with both the A's and Yankees. Reggie Jackson was elected
to the Hall of Fame by Baseball Writers in 1993. Jackson played 21
seasons and reached the post-season in 11 of them, winning six pennants
and five World Series. His accomplishments include winning the both the
regular-season and World Series MVP awards in 1973, hitting 563 career
home runs.
