Santa and a Snowmen watch over
the water in Huntington Boat Parade Photo
Santa and Frosty the Snowman ride a boat during the holidays in Huntington
Beach, California.
Huntington Harbour is where you'll get
your kicks (not Route 66) this holiday season. The fun never stops as the locals
and visitors watch the Huntington Harbour Yacht Club participants decorate their
boats in themes such as the one shown above in the picture.
Frosty the Snowman and Santa sit on top so
they can watch the action below them in a palm-decorated holiday yacht.
Accented by strings of off-white or red lights, two dual palm tree shapes
provide beach look and feel for the boat parade that's held annually in the
channels and waterways of Huntington Harbour.
Where: The event takes place on the
channels of Huntington Harbour.
When: Annually the event is held on a
Saturday and Sunday, usually the first of second Sunday of December.
Viewing: Watch from beaches and bridges
that access the harbor.
