Halloween California USA - Wild at Heart in San Clemente in
San Clemente's downtown shopping "Main Street" called Avenida del Mar
features a store with clothing and wild stuff, called Wild at Heart.
A tall
thin clown, with a happy face and killer legs came bounding out of
the apparel shop to help a male customer during the Halloween season. How could you miss
the girl wearing multi-colored striped thigh sox and a bright orange
wig? She was so cute, she stood tall and full of energy among the
gray-pale orange street scene. San Clemente, known as
a surfing capital with many great surfing spots, including Trestles, a famous surfing beach,
and ample surfing shops, also caters to the alternate, indie crowd
seeking spike jewelry, face paint, skimpy costumes such as vinyl
skirts, tees and fun items for those nights out.
Wild at Heart becomes
a Halloween shop once a year. Inside the Halloween
shop, which returns to a punk, alternate, indie shop the rest of the
year, the racks of pre-packaged merry maid, meter maid, nurse made,
cute cop, and other costumes with short skirts and tiny tops were
jammed into the cozy store. And the customers were there by the
handfuls. It was one of the few places on the Avenida that
enjoyed a thriving business on this ashen day.

staff there seems not so wild, but cute, and full of passion for
