hour's boat ride from the LA
area. Departures leave
throughout the day from Long
Beach (near the Queen Mary)
and once a day from Newport
Beach (near Balboa
Pavilion). Purchase of a
combination ticket includes
round-trip passage from the
Balboa Pavilion to Catalina
Island aboard the Catalina
Flyer, plus the Glass-
bottom boat tour and your
choice of one: Avalon scenic
tour, Casino walking tour or
Seal Rocks cruise
(May-October). Each tour
last approximately 1 hour.
