“Evening of Comedy” featuring a cast of celebrity stand-up comedians from
NBC-TV’s hit show, “Last Comic Standing” is a star-studded benefit in
beautiful Carmel. The Peninsula’s first such event brings world class
entertainment to the Sunset Center
in Carmel-By-The-Sea, while raising money for worthy causes.
A comedic trio offers a full evening of entertainment that accompanies a
silent auction, cocktail reception and no shortage of smiles. Hyper &
irreverent, ANT has climbed the comedy hill to become one of the most
successful comedians today. In addition to being the Host of VH1’s Celebrity
Fit Club, ANT is a regular guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The
Tyra Banks Show, and is the only comedian to appear on five seasons of Last
Comic Standing. Entertainment Weekly calls him “one of the most sought after
comedians in Hollywood”.
Kristin Key seems like any other sweet, sexy, well-behaved preacher’s
daughter, until she opens her mouth. She’s a favorite on the nationally
broadcast Bob & Tom Show and has been heard on Sirius, XM Radio, National
Lampoon Comedy and The Comedy Channel.
Dat Phan will always hold the title as the first winner of NBC’s Last
Comic Standing. Dat has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late
Show with Craig Kilborn, BET’s Comic View, was featured in the film Cellular
and is a series regular role on Nickelodeon’s Danny Phantom.

this event stands to be a sell-out. Ticket Price: $85/person. Group
Ticketing available. Held Saturday, November 15, 2008, opening reception
begins at 6:00 P.M., featuring complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres. Comedy
will begin promptly at 8:00 P.M., following a Silent Auction of fabulous
gift items, spa packages, hotel stays and restaurant certificates.
Event Co-Chairs, Suzy Goodman-Pollack and Christina L. Pollack proudly
represent the Junior League of Monterey County in inviting the public to
attend this exciting event. Actively working to improve Monterey County
